    Temporary fixation of fractures, nonunions, malunions, osteotomies, pseduarthrosis, of proximal femur. Especially used for fixation of open fractures of proximal femur. Especially used for fixation of fractures of proximal femur(intertrochanteric, pertrochanteric) in elderly patients for early mobilization. and for distraction and compression purposes on fracture site.
